Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, while huge and well-heated, had a small issue with flooding in the bathroom due to a missing curtain. The service was outstandingly friendly and welcoming, although there were some delays in finding staff at times. The location offered a beautiful view of the mountains but could benefit from modernization. The dining experience lacked specialities but was overall good. The facilities were adequate but left something to be desired.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were in need of renovation and redecorating, resulting in a lackluster appearance. However, the room size was good with sufficient heating and noise insulation. On the downside, the absence of a shower curtain led to a perpetually flooded bathroom after every shower. On the bright side, the room had a pleasant view and a remarkably comfortable bed.
My stay at this hotel was incredible! The rooms were huge, had very adequate heating, and double glazed windows, making them recommended for extended stays. They were very spacious, offering a comfortable retreat.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had fantastic views, but I struggled with a flooded bathroom due to the lack of a curtain. The huge bathtub was a plus, although reaching the soap and shampoo was a bit of a challenge. The service was generally good, with helpful staff offering local activity suggestions, but the front desk was a bit slow and hard to locate at times. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Imst shops with stunning mountain views. The dining experience was superb overall but ended quite early at 9:30 AM. The facilities were great, and I particularly appreciated the home-made jams.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and perfect for extended stays, plus you could conveniently park in the private car park right next to the hotel until 12:00. The service was exceptional, with professional, friendly, and helpful staff. The location was great for exploring, offering a view of the mountains, but could benefit from some modernization. The dining experience was decent, but more in line with a 3-star level rather than 4-star. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
